If you purchased or enrolled before 10/17/2017, or if you made your purchase through one of our resellers (regardless of the date), please follow this guide to access your course.

  1. Go to www.360training.com and click LOGIN in the top right.

    • 2.    Click the LOGIN button in the top right corner of the screen.

  1. Enter your username and password, then click LOGIN.

  1. This will take you to your dashboard. Here, you can view your completed course certificates, explore other options, or click on the Go to Courses button.

  1. Once you have clicked on the Go to Courses button, you will see the courses you are enrolled in, along with their expiration dates.

  2. Locate your course on the screen and click the course title or the play icon to open the course player.
    Note that there are multiple options on this screen (please refer to the second screenshot under this pointer)

 

  1. If applicable, you will see the jurisdiction screen along with any required reporting fields for the course. Once you have filled them out, please click SUBMIT & CONTINUE.
    Note: The reporting field refers to any information we collect from you at course launch to report credits after completion.

  2. Read the Acknowledgement page, then tick the radio button and click Next.

  3. On the following screen, you will see the Terms of Use. Please read it carefully, then click AGREE AND CONTINUE (blue button below the text).

  4. Once completed, you are now ready to take and finish your course.

  5. Upon successful completion, you will instantly receive your online certificate of completion, which you can print. A Download Certificate link will appear in the course player for you to download and print your certificate.
     

  6. If you miss this page, you can return to your My Courses page to view and print your certificate of completion. Simply click the View Certificate icon beneath the course name.
     

Additional Options Within the Course Player

At any time during the course, you can click the icon (shown in the screenshots below) to access the outline, course reports, or contact information for support.
