How do I unlock my course due to validation failure?

If you have been locked out of your course due to validation failure, you will be prompted with a page (as shown below) for the instructions on how you can unlock it.

  • First, you have to Click the ‘UNLOCK MY COURSE’ button.

  • Upon clicking the ‘UNLOCK MY COURSE’  button, an email from support@360training.com will be sent to you with the link to reset your validation questions.

  • You have to click the ‘reset your validation questions’ link in the email.

  • Upon clicking the ‘reset your validation questions’ link, you will be redirected to a webpage where you can edit your details for your validation questions. Then, click ‘Update’ button.

  • Your course has now been unlocked. You may now go back to your account, launch again your course and you can continue taking it.
