Please make sure that you are logged on to your account correctly.  (See:  Where do I log-in to access my course?)

If you signed up as a New User, your course/s should show up after clicking Go To Courses.

If you signed up for new courses as a Returning Student, after clicking Go To Courses you will see your previous courses or Recently Accessed Courses.  To view your newly enrolled courses, click the drop-down box and choose Enrolled Courses to view your newly enrolled course/s.

If your newly purchased courses are still not showing up,  please submit a support request ticket by sending your concern to support@360training.com.  Please include the following information for faster resolution:

  • Order ID
  • Email Address

Our support team will check on your order and manually add the course/s if necessary.
