I purchased the wrong course, can I switch my course to a different one and just pay for the difference?

So long as you have an active course, have NOT taken a final examination, or completed a course, we can accommodate you.

  1. First, you may go ahead and purchase the correct course.
  2. Once you have received your purchase receipt on your registered email, kindly send a copy to support@360training.com. On the same email, include a brief message saying you have initially purchased a wrong course, and that a correct one has been purchased. Please make sure to include your account details such as your username and/or email address.
  3. You will be receiving a response within 24-48 hours confirming your eligibility for a refund. Once refunded, your credit card will be credited within 5-7 business days, depending on your billing cycle.
