I’m currently subscribed to a course library. I want to cancel my subscription, how do I proceed?

To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

1. Go to www.360training.com (or to the relevant store where you made your purchase)

2. Login using your credentials

3. Upon successful login, you will be landed on the DASHBOARD page

4. Click on “My Subscription” link found on the left, see screenshot below:

5. Once landed on My Subscription page, you will see your subscriptions listed together with the renewal date and current status. Click on OPTIONS link, then click on Cancel Subscription. See screenshot below:

6. Upon clicking Cancel Subscription a message will appear asking to confirm the action. Click YES to cancel. See screenshot below:

7. After clicking YES, a prompt window will appear confirming the successful cancellation of your subscription.

8. Once your subscription is canceled all your In Progress courses will be available until your supposed renewal date prior to canceling your subscription.
