Why isn’t my video loading?

Please be sure you are using a laptop/computer to take the training.  We recommend using the supported browsers like EXPLORER, FIREFOX or  CHROME. And internet connection must be stable especially if you are using WIFI.

Also, our course programs store cookies and temporary internet files in the browser. Please clear your browser cache and cookies periodically to prevent the course player from responding slowly or stalling. If your browser does not have the required flash player, you would need to install it.
