When Does My Course Expire?

All courses offered by 360training and our family of brands come with an access period that begins on the day you purchase the course (the day you submit payment). In most cases, courses expire 60 days after purchase, unless the course description says otherwise.

Your enrollment period will end when either:

  • You successfully complete the course by passing the final exam and/or earning your certificate of completion, or
  • The course reaches its expiration date.

Once your course expires, you’ll no longer have access, and any progress you’ve made will not be saved. You can check the specific expiration date for your course in your course dashboard inside the Learning Management System (LMS).

For bulk course purchases, seats must be assigned within one (1) year of the purchase date. Any unassigned seats will expire at that time. Once a seat is assigned, the course will follow the same expiration policy above.
