How will I know if my Insurance CE credits for the courses that I have completed have already been posted and reported to my State?

We are electronically posting and reporting your CE course credits to your online transcript through Sircon/Vertafore system for these States:

Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wyoming

To check your online transcript, you have to go to Sircon/Vertafore Transcript Inquiry page by clicking this link:

Click the ‘Continuing Education Transcript Inquiry’ link on the page as shown on the screenshot below:

After clicking the ‘Continuing Education Transcript Inquiry’ link, you will have to choose your State.

 

After choosing your State, on the next page, you will be required to enter your License Number and Last Name as shown below.

After entering your License Number and Last Name, click ‘Submit’. Then, the next page will be your ‘Continuing Education Transcript’ where you will see your information and the CE courses that have already been posted and reported. Screenshot of sample transcript below.
