The New York Department of Financial Services (NYDFS) requires all continuing education and pre-licensing final exams to be proctored by a state approved monitor. Please make sure that your monitor is on the list of currently approved New York State Monitors.
The approved code of the monitor usually has 4 letters (NYMO) followed by 6 numbers, however, our system ONLY requires the number portion of the code. Please have your monitor enter their six (6) digit code when prompted during your learning session. Do not include the letters (NYMO). Your monitor has only 3 attempts to enter the correct number.
