How do I get my Georgia Prelicense Fundamentals completion reported to the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC)?

Upon completing the Georgia Prelicense Fundamentals course, you are required to submit a signed ‘Certification of Test Proctor’ and ‘Georgia Pre-License Reporting Form’ before we can report your completion to the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC).

These forms are provided and accessible at the end of your online course.

We will report your completion to GREC within 7 days upon receiving your signed ‘Certification of Test Proctor’ and ‘Georgia Pre-License Reporting Form’.
