Do I physically need to be present in front of an eligible proctor while taking my TREC course examination?

Yes. The proctor should be able to watch you while you are taking the final examination of your TREC courses. Please note that proctor is only required for Texas Qualifying Real Estate courses (Pre-Licensing and Sales Apprentice Education (SAE)). You are NOT required to have a proctor for your Continuing Education (CE) courses.
