We offer (2) two types of course format for our Texas Real Estate courses:

Online  - 100% online course content, self-paced and online exams.

Correspondence (PDF)  - downloadable PDF course content and take your exams online as soon as you complete studying the PDF course content.

All of our Qualifying Real Estate (Pre-Licensing and Sales Apprentice Education (SAE)) Courses are correspondence (PDF). Please note that you are required to study and spend 3 days on your downloadable PDF course content before you can take the online final exam of your Qualifying Real Estate (Pre-Licensing and Sales Apprentice Education (SAE) course.

We offer both Online and Correspondence (PDF) for our Continuing Education (CE) courses. Both structures of our Continuing Education (CE) courses have no required time spent in completing them. Completing the course includes passing all the required chapter tests, final exam (if available), and course evaluation.
