How can we help you today?

How fast can I complete my Texas Real Estate courses?

Our Continuing Education (CE) courses are self-paced courses which means you can take the time that you need or you can really pace the courses yourself in completing them. Completing the course includes passing all the required chapter tests, final exam and course evaluation. For Qualifying Real Estate (Pre-Licensing and Sales Apprentice Education (SAE)) courses, you may not spend more than 12-hours per day in a course as per TREC Rule §535.62. This implies that a single 30-hour Pre-Licensing or SAE course cannot be completed in less than 3 days from your Start Date. Start Date is defined as when you first open the course. Please see chart below for required exam dates if you have registered for multiple 30-hour courses:
Course Start Date Exam Date
Course 1 Day 1 Day 3
Course 2 Day 4 Day 6
Course 3 Day 7 Day 9
Course 4 Day 10 Day 12
Course 5 Day 13 Day 15
Course 6 Day 16 Day 18
You may take multiple final exams in a day BUT only after the required time period elapses. For example, you could take final exams for courses 1, 2, and 3 on the 9th day or anytime convenient for you after the 9th day. Upon taking and passing your final exams, your course completions will still be validated and completion certificates will be released in accordance to TREC rule.
