Can anybody proctor my final examination of my TREC Qualifying Real Estate (Pre-Licensing and Sales Apprentice Education (SAE) courses?

Below are the only eligible and acceptable third party proctors that you can use for the final examination of your TREC Qualifying Real Estate (Pre-Licensing and Sales Apprentice Education (SAE)) courses:

- Employees at official testing or learning/tutorial centers;

- Librarians at a school, university, or public library;

- College or university administrators, faculty, or academic advisors;

- Clergy who are affiliated with a specific temple, synagogue, mosque, or church;

- Educational officers of a military installation or correctional facility;

- Members of the court system (judge, justice of peace, magistrates, and prosecutors);

- Law Enforcement Officers (Sergeant, Lieutenant, or Captain); and

- An active authorized notary.

Anybody can be your proctor as long as they are on the provided list of eligible proctors above and has no business or family relationship with you. 360training will not provide your proctor. You will be the one who will need to find an eligible and acceptable third party proctor and schedule an appointment.
