The purpose of our Language Access Plan is to describe how we will ensure meaningful access to NYC students with Limited English Proficiency (LEP). The plan is required by Local Law 196.

During the hiring process of bilingual staff, it is made sure that the candidate is adequately proficient in the language. They are put through specific tests and scenarios to test their command over the language.

Yes, 360training.com, Inc. offers only OSHA authorized General and Construction industry Outreach courses in Spanish Language.
