FAQs

How do I know you're a Montana BRR-approved course provider?

In 2019, the Montana BRR stopped approving CE courses. They now consider it your responsibility to make sure you take courses that meet the BRR's standards.

By Montana administrative rule, CE courses have to be:

  • Focused on BRR-approved real estate topics AND
  • endorsed or approved by one of the following:
    • The Association of Real Estate License Law Officials' (ARELLO's) Distance Education Certification
    • A state real estate licensing regulatory agency or real estate commission
    • A national, state, or local Association of REALTORS®
    • A national, state, or local real estate, landlords, or property manager association

Our courses are ARELLO certified and approved by real estate licensing authorities in many states.

What are the required topics for a Supervising Broker's continuing education?

Salespersons and brokers don't have to complete any particular required topics, but Supervising Brokers must take a 4-hour BRR-approved supervising broker course. Unfortunately, you'll need to seek this course elsewhere – we don't have it in our curriculum.

What is the deadline for completing my continuing education courses?

Continuing Education is due by October 31st every year. Don't start next year's CE before November 1st – the BRR doesn't allow credits to carry over from a previous licensing period.

When do my courses expire?

Your courses will expire one (1) year after you purchase them (the date you submit payment), unless the course itself indicates otherwise.

For more information about course expiration dates, please read our Terms of Use

What if I need a refund for my training course?

If for some reason you are not happy and would like a refund, send us a request within 72 hours of purchase. Here are the eligibility requirements you must meet:

  • Your purchase was made no more than 72 hours prior to your refund request.
  • You have NOT:
    • Attempted any portion of a test or exam.
    • Requested or been issued a certificate of completion.
    • Completed 50% or more of the purchased course.

If you meet all of these criteria, submit your refund request in writing via email to support@360training.com with a proof-of-purchase receipt and an explanation for why you are requesting a refund.
