FAQs

How do I know you're a Montana BRR-approved course provider?

The Montana BRR stopped approving CE courses in 2019 – their policy is now that every licensee is responsible for making sure courses meet the BRR's requirements.

By Montana administrative rule, your CE courses need to be:

  • on BRR-approved real estate topics AND
  • approved or endorsed by one of the following:
    • The Association of Real Estate License Law Officials' (ARELLO's) Distance Education Certification
    • A state real estate licensing regulatory agency or real estate commission
    • A national, state, or local Association of REALTORS®
    • A national, state, or local real estate, landlords, or property manager association

Our courses are ARELLO certified and approved by real estate licensing authorities in other states.

What are the required topics for a Supervising Broker's continuing education?

Unlike salespersons and brokers whose CE doesn't have to cover any particular topics, Supervising Brokers need a 4-hour BRR-approved supervising broker course. Unfortunately, we don't offer one.

What is the deadline for completing my continuing education courses?

CE requirements must be completed by October 31st of every year. The BRR does not allow CE to carry over from a previous licensing year, so courses have to be taken during the same licensing year.

When do my courses expire?

Your courses will expire one (1) year after you purchase them (the date you submit payment), unless the course itself indicates otherwise.

For more information about course expiration dates, please read our Terms of Use

What if I need a refund for my training course?

If for some reason you are not happy and would like a refund, send us a request within 72 hours of purchase. Here are the eligibility requirements you must meet:

  • Your purchase was made no more than 72 hours prior to your refund request.
  • You have NOT:
    • Attempted any portion of a test or exam.
    • Requested or been issued a certificate of completion.
    • Completed 50% or more of the purchased course.

If you meet all of these criteria, submit your refund request in writing via email to support@360training.com with a proof-of-purchase receipt and an explanation for why you are requesting a refund.

You can find more information about our refund policy here.
