About this Package

The Montana Board of Realty Regulation (BRR) requires 12 hours of continuing education every license year. You can meet all your requirements with this 12-hour CE package. Courses are 100% online so you can work on them anywhere and complete your credits on your own schedule.

You'll complete this year's CE with 3 ARELLO-certified courses on ethics, predatory lending, and 1031 exchanges. Review approaches to ethical decision-making and learn the Articles and Standard Practices of the NAR® Code of Ethics. Brush up on common mortgage fraud tactics to protect yourself and your future clients. Finally, study the tax benefits of Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code, which allows tax deferment on the exchange of "like-kind, income-producing property."

As you pass each final exam, you'll get a certificate of completion as proof of earned credits.

FAQs

How do I know you're a Montana BRR-approved course provider?

The Montana BRR stopped approving CE courses in 2019 – it's now your responsibility to make sure that your courses meet BRR standards.

Montana administrative rules say that courses must be:

  • Focused on BRR-approved real estate topics AND
  • Approved or endorsed by one of the following:
    • The Association of Real Estate License Law Officials' (ARELLO's) Distance Education Certification
    • A state real estate licensing regulatory agency or real estate commission
    • A national, state, or local Association of REALTORS®
    • A national, state, or local real estate, landlords, or property manager association

AgentCampus by 360training is ARELLO Certified and approved by real estate licensing authorities in many states.

What are the required topics for a Supervising Broker's continuing education?

Salespersons and brokers don't have any particular required topics, but Supervising Brokers need 4 hours of BRR-approved supervising broker training. Unfortunately, we don't carry courses that fulfill this requirement. Check BRR's website for approved providers.

What is the deadline for completing my continuing education courses?

Licensees need to complete their Continuing Education between November 1st and October 31st every year. Courses must be completed during the licensing year where you claim the credit because the BRR does not allow CE to carry over from one period to the next.

When do my courses expire?

Your courses will expire one (1) year after you purchase them (the date you submit payment), unless the course itself indicates otherwise.

For more information about course expiration dates, please read our Terms of Use

What if I need a refund for my training course?

If for some reason you are not happy and would like a refund, send us a request within 72 hours of purchase. Here are the eligibility requirements you must meet:

  • Your purchase was made no more than 72 hours prior to your refund request.
  • You have NOT:
    • Attempted any portion of a test or exam.
    • Requested or been issued a certificate of completion.
    • Completed 50% or more of the purchased course.

If you meet all of these criteria, submit your refund request in writing via email to support@360training.com with a proof-of-purchase receipt and an explanation for why you are requesting a refund.

You can find more information about our refund policy here.
