Tom's vast experience covers credit card, medical lending, loyalty/college savings, auto lending and workplace training industries. Samantha has a track record of turnaround, growth and delivering results. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in managing large operations in the retail banking, premiere banking, investment banking, auto lending, and education marketing industries. Her impact in developing and leading inbound sales teams, growing revenue, conversion rate, and profits, consolidating large operations spread out in various location into two contact centers faster and cheaper than expected, driving compliance execution at 100% efficiency, setting up a 24 hour premier banking customer support operation through offshore contact center are just a few accomplishments that demonstrate her ability in driving success, operational excellence and building strong leadership teams. As the COO at 360training, Samantha will lead Operations and Compliance to meet and exceed our goals.
