How Can A Manager Print A Learner Certificate After Course Completion?

Printing  Course Completion Certificates

To print certificates for employees who have completed the training, log into the LMS. Then follow these steps:

  1. Click User and Groups.
  2. Then click Search. Enter the first name, last name, or email address of the learner and then click Search.
  3. Click the first name. 
  4. On the next page: click on LOGIN AS LEARNER.
  5. On the next page: Under the course name, click Print Certificate to load the certificate.
  6. Save the PDF file.
  7. Once done, click Switch Back at the lower right of the learner’s profile to go back to the User and Groups page.
  8. Repeat the steps 1 to 7 to print certificates for other learners.
