I took a different food handler course from 360training or Learn2Serve.com. Will it count for my Utah Food Handler Permit?

No. The Utah Foood Handler course has different content, a different exam, and the fees and reporting are unique to Utah. Only the completion Utah Food Handler course will qualify you for the Utah Food Handler permit.
