I completed the Washington Food Handler, but the local health department did not accept my certificate.

As indicated on our website:  Learn2Serve, a trademark of 360training, is a Washington Approved "Additional Food Safety Training" Provider only.

360training does not offer the required food safety training class for the state of Washington.  All local health departments offer the food worker training, test, and card online.  The only authorized online training program is www.foodworkercard.wa.gov
