What Can I Do If I Lost My TIPS Card?

You can order your TIPS Replacement Card as many as you needed on www.gettips.com which can be found at the very bottom of the website.

There is an applicable fee of $20.00 per card and the charge includes regular mail through United States Postal Service (USPS) with a delivery time of 5-7 business days.

For shipping with tracking number, an additional fee is required for the below options:

• USPS Priority Mail (2–3 Days delivery time; from mail date) – $20.00 per card
• USPS Express (Overnight) (Next-Day delivery time; this can be expected the next day after submitted to USPS) – $60.00 per card (A signature will be required upon receipt)
