Course Status:

Not Started - The course has not been accessed since it was purchased.  Please be advised that your course/s is valid for 12 months from the day it was purchased. For Insurance Prelicensing courses, they are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.  However, they can be extended for another 90 days for a fee of $29.95.  Extensions can be made as long as the course is within the 12 months purchase validity period.  For OSHA Outreach Training Courses (10/30 Hours), they are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. However, once started, the course needs to be completed within 6 months from the date of first access.

In Progress - The course has been accessed and in the process of completion.

Certificate Issued - The course has been successfully completed.   Your certificate is now available in your online account.  You may access your certificates from your My Courses page. A Print Certificate link will be available below the title of the course that you completed.

Pending Affidavit - The course has been successfully completed. However, the required affidavit has not been received yet.  Affidavits are mostly required after completing Real Estate and Insurance courses. We will not be able to issue certificates or report your hours (if required) to your respective states if the needed (accomplished) affidavits are not received.  Please be advised that actual date of course completion will be based on the date your affidavit is received.

Affidavit Received - Accomplished affidavit has been received.  Please allow 24 hours for the status to be updated. It will then be changed to Completed and your certificate of course completion link will be available.  If the course status is not updated within 24 hours, please email our support team at support@360training.com so they can make a follow-up for you.
