After expiration, the course becomes inaccessible and cannot be extended. Please note that most courses expire sixty (60) days after the purchase date. Additional details regarding course expiration can be found in our Terms of Use.  

You will know your course is about to expire when:

  • In the LMS: A red warning message appears immediately to the right of your course title, showing the expiration date.

 

 

  • On the new platform: The progress bar turns red and displays “Expires Soon.” Click the warning icon () in the lower right corner of the course tile to view the exact expiration date.
