Where can I get my Candidate Identification Number to register for the State examination?

Upon completing your North Carolina Pre-licensing Education courses, you must visit National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR) to complete your license application and pay all associated fees. For a detailed chart of the North Carolina resident licensing fees, you may go to Pearson VUE. You should receive an email from Pearson VUE with your “reserved” NPN (National Producer Number) and your examination information. Candidate Identification Number is the “reserved” NPN (National Producer Number) on the email you received from Pearson VUE.
