Do I need to take my Missouri Real Estate Prelicensing courses in particular order?

Yes. As per Missouri Real Estate Commission's Statutes/Rules and Regulations Section 20 CSR 2250-3.010 - Applications for License, the 48-hour Missouri Real Estate Salesperson Pre-Examination course must be taken first.
