AUSTIN, Texas, March 18, 2019 – 360training.com, an industry leader in eLearning, training, and workforce compliance, welcomes Andrew Stross as the company’s new Chief People Officer. Stross joins the 360training.com executive team with more than 25 years of experience in business and people leadership for companies like Capital One Financial Services and Nationwide Insurance.
As Chief People Officer of 360training.com, Stross will be responsible for leading the company’s people and talent strategy across its offices in Austin, Texas, Karachi, Pakistan and Manila, Philippines. This includes overseeing talent management and recruiting, performance management, engagement and culture, associate development, compensation and benefits, and people operations and administration.
