I am using MAC and I can’t share my entire screen. It says ‘You have cancelled screen sharing’. What do I do?

MAC users (Catalina OS to higher OS) need to do some additional steps in order to enable screen sharing.

  • First, you need to go to 'System Preferences' by clicking the 'Apple Icon' at the top left.

  • Then, click the ‘Sharing’ icon.

  • Make sure that there’s a check on 'Screen Sharing' box and select 'All Users' for the allow access selections.

  • Now, go back to 'System Preferences' by clicking the 'Apple Icon' at the top left.

  • Then, go to ‘Security and Privacy’.

  • Next, click the ‘Privacy’ tab and go to ‘Screen Recording’. Kindly make sure that you select the browser that you are using to allow the apps.

Note: To make sure that changes are saved, kindly restart your device after doing the instructions.
