The 'Network Check' is unchecked on the 'System Compatibility Test' page.
Upon accessing your examination and the 'Network Check' is unchecked on the 'System Compatibility Test' page, you may want to check your internet speed by clicking here.
- Our minimum requirement internet speed is at least 4 MBPS or greater for Upload and Download. Ping should be at least below 5. Tethering and Hotspots are NOT allowed.
If you have met the minimum requirement internet speed and still cannot proceed on the 'Network Check' portion, you may try restarting your router by unplugging it and plugging it back in after 20 seconds. If you are using a Wi-Fi connection, you may want to try to use a LAN cable for your internet connection or move closer to the router. You may also want to switch browser before reconnecting.
