How Can I Redeem My Online Exam Voucher?

This article is for you to learn how to redeem a TIPS Classroom Online Exam Voucher.
If you are trying to redeem an eTIPS Passport, please click here.
To redeem your Online Exam Voucher, you have to go to www.gettips.com and click the ‘Redeem’ button.
Then, click the ‘Proceed’ button under the ‘TIPS Online Exam Voucher’.
Enter your 'Exam ID' and 'Exam Key' on the next page. Then, click 'PROCEED'.
REMINDERS:
- Online Exam Voucher has a unique 'Exam ID' and 'Exam Key that was provided by your Certified TIPS Trainer to complete your certification examination. You can get the voucher codes from email or document that was provided to you.
- Your examination must be completed within 24 hours of classroom or remote TIPS training course.
- If the system cannot locate your voucher, please contact the individual that gave it to you for assistance.
On the next page, you will be required to log in to your account if you already have an existing account. However, if it is your first-time logging into our new system, you must register on our new platform to successfully redeem your online exam voucher. Otherwise, you have to set up your account by clicking the 'Sign Up' link.
Complete all fields when setting up an account and verify your information. Then, click the 'CONTINUE' button.
After setting up an account or after logging in to your account, you will be taken to your student/learner dashboard. To access your examination, click the 'Go to Courses'.
Then, it will take you to the 'My Courses' screen. Here you can access your course and view your profile details. Click on the course name to launch and start taking your online examination.
- REMINDER: Your examination must be completed within 24 hours of classroom or remote TIPS training course
After completing and passing your examination, your completion certificate, and TIPS card will display on 'My Courses' Dashboard. Clicking ‘Print Card’ or ‘Print Certificate’ will open a copy in PDF. You can download it.
