Where Can I Get My Server ID?
You can obtain a 'Server ID' number upon creating an account with California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Portal. A 'Server ID' is your ID Number with California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Portal. It is a unique identification number and is a nine-digit number.
Before starting your ‘TIPS CA RBS On-Premise Alcohol Training’ course, you will be asked to enter a ‘Server ID’. You will not be able to start taking your course without providing/entering your ‘Server ID’.

There are (2) two ways to get your ‘Server ID’ if you have already an account with California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Portal:
FIRST WAY:
- Check the registration message or email sent by California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Portal, as it includes your ‘Server ID’.
SECOND WAY:
- You can view your ‘Server ID’ number on your server dashboard on your account in California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Portal. It will be on the first box of your server details.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
It is CRITICAL that the ‘Server ID’ number and ‘Last Name’ from your California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Portal account MATCH your 360training enrollment information. We recommend that you copy and paste your ‘Server ID’ number from your California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Portal account into the field below. If the information DOES NOT MATCH, your completion will be REJECTED by the California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) and you will be required to correct it.
