About This Package
To earn your real estate license in Washington, you need to complete 90 hours of pre-license education approved by the Washington Department of Licensing (DOL). You also need to pass your state licensing exam.
As a Washington DOL-approved online training provider, we designed this Premium Package to put you on the road to success in your new career. It includes the required pre-license courses, plus a full exam prep course and real estate math practice to help you study for your licensing exam. As a bonus, you'll also get a free class in client communications.
First, Pass Your Pre-License Training
Washington DOL's pre-license requirements include:
- 60 hours of instruction time in Real Estate Fundamentals
- 30 hours of instruction time in Real Estate Practices
You need a grade of 70% or higher on the final exam to get credit for the course. You'll get a certificate of completion for your records as soon as you get a passing score. We'll also report your credits to the testing service Washington uses to administer the official state licensing exam. That makes you eligible to register.
Then, Prepare for Your State License Exam
Washington gives you a full two years after course completion to take your state licensing exam, but we recommend you sign up for the exam as soon as you feel ready. Our exam prep course will help you determine when you're prepared.
You'll get a condensed study guide to help you concentrate on the most important exam topics. You'll also have access to practice questions based on the real exam's national and state-specific topics. You can use the practice test to determine your preparedness.
That way you can walk into your license exam knowing you're capable of acing the exam.
